UK DELIVERY

Complimentary tracked UK delivery is provided on all UK orders.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days. Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 1–3 working days. Tracking details will be sent by email when your order leaves us.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact contact@exoticskn.com.

PRE-ORDERS

The expected dispatch date or window for a pre-order is displayed on the relevant product page before purchase. Once dispatched, the standard delivery timeframe applies.

If the expected dispatch window changes materially, we will contact you and provide the option to continue waiting or cancel the unfulfilled pre-order for a full refund.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Available destinations, delivery charges and estimated timeframes are displayed at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply unless collected during checkout.
